You can apply to end your civil partnership if you have been in the partnership for at least a year.
There are three different ways you can ask a Court to end your civil partnership. You can ask the Court to grant, A Dissolution Order, A Separation Order or An Annulment.
If you want the Court to grant A Dissolution Order, one of the following grounds must be established:
Two years separation with the consent of the other partner to dissolve the partnership
Five years separation
