Mith is a Paralegal and initially joined us at our Enfield branch in 2016, where he worked as a Corporate and Private Immigration Paralegal. His area of expertise is business and personal immigration, with a focus on the Points Based System and Sponsor Licencing.
Working in business immigration, Mith has dealt with clients from a broad range of industries, including Education, Food Services, Hospitality, IT & Technology, Media & Entertainment and Charities.
Mith has successfully assisted several companies to apply for Tier 2 (both General and Intracompany Transfer) sponsor licences, prepare for audit and compliance checks and overturn licence suspensions. He continues to provide close support to HR departments seeking to hire skilled workers, ensuring that all requirements are satisfied, and that legal migrant sponsorship is maintained.
He additionally has experience in getting sponsor licences reinstated after revocation and has assisted with Judicial Reviews challenging such decisions at Court.
Mith has helped clients with backgrounds from all over the world with their Entry Clearance and Leave to Remain applications. Mith can provide support and assistance on a variety of immigration applications, including Tier 2(General), Tier 2(ICT), Tier 4 Student, Tier 5, FLR(HRO), FLR(M), Visitor Visa and Discretionary Leave.
Clients may often feel anxious whilst their immigration matter and status is pending, and it is important to empathise with them during this time. Mith regularly liaises and works closely with Home Office to track applications and achieve faster decisions.
Mith completed his LLB in 2014 at the School of Oriental and African Studies. He then proceeded to complete his Legal Practice Course in 2015, where in addition to the core practice areas, he studied Commercial Law and Intellectual Property, Corporate Finance and Media Law.
Mith enjoys travelling, photography and spending time with his family and friends. He is also an avid piano player and in his spare time likes listening to music and watching movies.
